Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Sborka n8n, an internal automation service operated by Sborka Project. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Authorized use

The service is intended for users authorized by Sborka Project to perform internal business tasks. It does not provide public registration or a public subscription service.

2. Google connections

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions displayed during Google authorization and ensuring that you have the necessary rights to process the connected files and data.

You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account connections .

3. Workflow actions

Configured workflows may read, create, copy, update, move, share or delete files and folders, subject to the permissions of the connected account.

Before enabling or changing a workflow, authorized users must review its actions, destination systems and intended scope. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business data.

4. User responsibilities

• Use the service only for authorized business purposes.
• Protect account credentials and access to the service.
• Do not access, disclose or modify data without permission.
• Do not use workflows to violate applicable laws, third-party rights or connected service policies.
• Report unexpected actions, errors or suspected unauthorized access to the administrator.

5. Availability and third-party services

The service depends on n8n, Google APIs, hosting infrastructure and other connected systems. Maintenance, API changes, revoked permissions or third-party outages may interrupt workflows. Continuous availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Google and other connected services remain subject to their own terms and policies. Sborka n8n is operated by Sborka Project and is not a Google product.

6. Privacy

Information accessed and processed by the service is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

Sborka Project may restrict or remove access when a user is no longer authorized, when misuse occurs, or when necessary to maintain service security. Connections and workflows may also be discontinued when no longer required.

8. Changes and support

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is published on this page. These terms do not replace separate employment, confidentiality or client agreements.
